Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping is at customer's own cost. Please use Auspost tracking parcel post and send through the tracking via our Email.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/size, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Damaged items will not be refunded. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE items.
Exchanges/Refund
We only replace item(s) if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please email us.
Once items is received, and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item(s). We will also notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Unfortunately postage will not be refunded. Reminder, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
